PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT BEFORE USE.

As used herein, the term 'I Declare Music Inc.', 'Website', or 'Company' refers to I Declare Music Inc. the sole owner and operator of the Website; the term 'you' or 'your' refers to an individual, representing yourself or, if applicable, acting as legal representative for a group, business entity or corporation.

By opening the mail and CD packaging and or all downloads, and using the product, you agree to Become bound by the terms of the license agreement. If you do not agree With the terms of the license agreement, do not open the packaging or use This product. The digitally recorded samples contained on the Compact Disc and Dowmloads Are licensed, not sold to you by I Declare Music Inc. All samples and or loops are Now and remain the property of I Declare Music Inc. and are licensed to the end user only. All the samples and loops on the CD's and or download have been created and recorded specially for this and all project, any Similarity to any other recording is quite unintentional.

1.The sound samples Recorded on this CD remain the property of I Declare Music Inc. and are licensed, not sold, to you for use on your sampling equipment.
2. A right to Use the enclosed sounds is granted to the original end-user of the product ‘Licensee’ and is not transferable.
3. The licensee may modify the sounds but cannot modify the Loop Kits. The Loop Kits remain the full property of I Declare Music Inc. The sounds may be used for Commercial or non-commercial purposes within musical compositions and must be clear by I Declare Music Inc. for commercial Releases by contacting us by phone and or e-mail. You must show proof of the licensed product (s) by way of, your full name, Paypal or Google ID, your e-mail and date of your purchase license and you must fill out a license agreement (sample clearance) form and there will be a sample clearance fee for all commercial releases.
4. This License expressly forbids re-sale or other distribution of these sounds. Either as they exist on this disc's and or downloads, or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, Rent, lease, assign or transfer all or any of the enclosed sounds to another User, or for use in any competitive product.
5. Licensor will not be Responsible if the content of this disc does not fit the particular purpose of the licensee. The sounds provided are licensed ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
6. Any usage not specifically allowed by this license, including but Not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be Prosecuted to the maximum possible extent under the law.
7. All of the loops and or beats are fully copyrighted by I Declare Music Inc. before release on www.ideclaremusic.com
8.I Declare Music Inc. is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. All materials contained on I Declare Music Inc. are protected by copyright, and are owned or controlled by Company or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You will abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content on I Declare Music Inc. This Website is Protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, the owner of this website has filed a valid Certificate of Registration with the United States Copyright Office. A copyrighted work may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or publicly displayed without the consent of the author or copyright owner. Any unauthorized use of this website or any of its contents, in whole or in part, shall be considered copyright infringement. It is illegal for anyone to violate any of the rights provided by the copyright laws to the owner of this copyright. Should you infringe this copyright, you may be liable to the owner for relief such as injunction, impounding and disposition of infringing articles, attorney fees, actual damages and any profits resulting from the infringement, or statutory damages up to $150,000 if the infringement was committed willfully. 9.THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, DC.
10.Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes in the Agreement will be posted on IDeclareMusic.com You are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to any changes in the Agreement if you continue to use I Declare Music Inc. after such changes.
